This policy explains what information we collect through sidlabs.in and how we use it.
What we collect
- Enquiry information. When you email us or start a WhatsApp conversation through this site, we receive whatever you choose to share — typically your name, organisation, email address and the details of your enquiry.
- Session and programme data. If your organisation engages SidLabs for Guftagoo Works or another programme, we may collect information gathered during facilitated sessions (for example, Team Pulse or Manager Reflection responses) strictly for the purpose of running and improving that engagement. This data is collected with your organisation's knowledge and is never shared outside the engagement without consent.
- Basic site analytics. Like most websites, we may use standard analytics tools to understand how visitors use this site (pages viewed, general location, device type). This is aggregated and not used to identify individuals.
What we don't do
We do not sell, rent or trade your information to third parties. We do not run e-commerce or process payments through sidlabs.in.
How we use what we collect
- To respond to enquiries and follow up on programme discussions.
- To deliver and improve the programmes an organisation has engaged us for.
- To understand, in aggregate, how people use this site.
Data retention
We retain enquiry and programme data only as long as needed for the purpose it was collected, or as required by law.
Your rights
You can ask us at any time what information we hold about you, request a correction, or ask us to delete it, by writing to sid@sidlabs.in.
